First in a food processor blend the Oatmeal until they are fine flour. Mix in bananas (or use a fork and pureed).
2. Place the mixture in a bowl and add powdered protein, squash and spices.3.Whisk in egg whites and slowly add almond milk.4. Pumpkin Butter recipe
Hey guys! Today I have a delicious recipe butter pumpkin for you! All pumpkin I love flavored during the autumn, so I thought fast and easy spread was a good way to start! It looks like a pumpkin pie. It has approximately 1/4 of the calories and fat Walnut butter regular and super low sugar thus is a major if you want to eat a lot of peanut butter. 1 cup canned pure pumpkin * 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) butter nut of choice (I used 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of almond butter) 1 tablespoon stevia2 tablespoon cinnamon1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spiceMix all the ingredients in a food processor or with a spoon and keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a month. Enjoy spread on bagels, toast, in addition to oatmeal, yogurt, a sauce of apples or bananas... the options are endless!
* Make sure that you are using plain, pure pumpkin, pumpkin not pie filling. Canned pumpkin pie fillings are full of sugar and preservatives... We don't want any of those ugly things in our cupcakes! ) Nutrition information per tablespoon: 25 calories, 2 grams fat, 2 grams carbohydrates, 1 gram of protein and only 0.6 grams of sugar
