I love cookies. Well, everyone loves cookies... But mass could be even better. And cookies for breakfast? Yes... I already said it. It is thought that triggered this creation. I think that I did quite well in the manufacture of a healthy breakfast "cookies". I love to experiment with new flavors and combinations of oats during the night. I have so much fun throwing all you want and the surprise of the morning. And this jar of "mass" was a surprise oh so delicious! Chocolate Chip Cookie dough Overnight Oats1/2 cup old outdated oats1 tablespoon Perfect Fit protein powder (protein powder makes thick & chewy like cookie dough!)2 Tablespoons Greek yogurt (gives it a nice creamy texture) 1 tablespoon seeds of chia (great source of omega-3, antioxidants and is complicated by the oats!)1 stevia1/2 teaspoon teaspoon vanilla extractdash of cinnamon1Tbs. chips1 Cup Chocolate almond made milkNutriton: 406 cal, 51 c, 29 p, 12 f, 10 grams of sugar
Combine all ingredients in a jar and stir well. Leave in the refrigerator to soak overnight and enjoy cold in the morning.
