Vegan Banana Bread

1 cup oatmeal (then mixed with oatmeal) any protein powder 2 tablespoons vegetable (I use Perfect Fit) bananas2 puree 2 tablespoons ground flax + 6 tablespoons water1/4 cup chopped walnuts1/4 cup stevia2 TSP cinnamon1/2 teaspoon baking sodaabout 1/2 cup almond milkPre-hot oven to 350Mix linen and water and set aside. It will be to form a thick, gel like substance that acts as a substitute for egg. It will thicken as you get the rest of the shock ready, ingredients occasionly. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, add flax and slowly pour in the milk of almonds until a good consistency. It should be a little thicker, not too wet.Bake for 20-30 minutes. (depending on if you like more sticky and wet, or a little more dense as a cake).Sprinkle with 1-2 teaspoons for a good organic coconut palm sugar crystallized, glazed outer layer. Yum!
