AppId is over the quota AppId is over the quota Ok. Let me start off by saying I love Lucy Hale. I think that's a pretty obvious one, especially if your a Pretty Little Liars fan like myself. So when I saw she was on the cover of Lucky Magazine this month, looking stunning, I knew I had to do a tutorial on the look!I thought her makeup on the cover was gorgeous. So simple, but so pretty. She had a very simple, neutral shadow look with a bold liquid liner, soft rosy cheeks, and a subtle pink lip. Oh! And let's not forget those classic Lucy Hale bold brows!!! Keep reading for a step by step breakdown on how to achieve the look! For this look, I decided to do a picture tutorial to go along with the video, so I'll link the video below as well!1. First, apply an eye primer to the eyelids and lower lash line to ensure the shadow look vibrant and lasts all day.
2. Apply a light, matte pinky cream shadow all over your eyelid and also under the brow. This will work as a nice base color.3. Using a fluffy blending brush, apply a light matte tan (or any color slighty darker than your skin tone) to the crease. Blend up towards the brow bone to work as a transisition color. 4. Next take a shimmery taupe color on a tapered crease brush. Here I'm using Mac Satin Taupe and a Mac 217 brush. Apply this color on the outer corner and bring slightly into the crease to add some depth.5. Go back in with your blending brush and blend any harsh lines for a seamless effect. 6. Next apply the same taupe color along your lower lash line using a pencil brush.7. Line your upper lash line with a black liquid liner 8. Create a slight wing on the outer corner by extending the line and connecting it back to the lash line. It should be a very subtle wing, just creating a slight point on the outer corner to lift the eye. 9. Curl your lashes and apply mascara.10. For a signature "Lucy" brow, start off by combing up your brows with a spoolie. This just makes it a lot easier when it actually comes time to fill them in.11. Next, define the shape of the brows with a brow pencil. I line under the brow and trace the arch.12. Next using a brow powder duo, start off by filling in the inner part of the brow with lighter color. Using the lighter on the inner half of the brow creates a softer, more natural look.13. Use the darker color on the outside half of the brow, defining the arch and tail of the brow. This will deepen up the brow and make it more dramatic like Lucy's.14. Finish your brow look by combing through them with a spoolie again to make sure the color looks natural.15. Define the cheeks with a matte bronzer in the hollows of your cheeks. This will contour your cheek bones, giving them that defined look like Lucy's. Make sure you use a matte bronzer for a contour, as opposed to a sunkissed or bronzed look. 16. Apply a light peachy-pink blush to the apples of the cheeks and sweep upwards.17. Apply a liquid highlighter to the tops of your cheekbones for a dewy glow. Tap out with your finger to blend.18. Apply a sheer pink lipstick, and blend with your finger for a natural affect. You can skip the gloss for this look!
