A delicious twist on your favorite child hood peanut & jelly! 1-2-1 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk (depending on how thick you like) 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt1/2 cup frozen strawberries (or Raspberry) 1 tablespoon flaxseed Stevia to taste (if you like a little more sweet) now only mix mix mix! Flaxseed is optional, but is a great source of omega 3 and fibre, as well as that represents a little «bread» your PB & J!
