Raspberry jam recipe Chia

Hey guys! Today I'm going to show you a super easy recipe for raspberry jam. Most store bought jam and jelly are loaded with sugar and high-fructose corn syrup. Yuck. My recipe is natural and has no added sugar. It is so cool and definitely the raspberry jam harassed I've tried!  Chia seeds helps to thicken until the Marmalade and add a good boost of omega-3 and antioxidants! This jam is great in PB & J sandwiches, oatmeal, or even mixed in yogurt! 1 bag of frozen raspberries, concerning 2.5 cups (you need fresh) 3 tablespoons chia seeds3-5 teaspoons stevia (depending on how you like cake or sweet) put raspberries to boiling over medium-high heat. Add stevia and seeds of chia and reduce to a simmer. Let Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until raspberries are almost pure and seeds of chia begin to thicken the jam. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge. I recommend for storing up to a month.25 calories, 0.8 g. fat, 5 g carbohydrate, 1 g sugar, 1 g of protein
